My origin story
——AGE 14— Geeky theater kid gets introduced to hot yoga by her mother. (Still addicted to this day.)
——FRESHMAN YEAR OF COLLEGE— Gained the "freshman 15" and jumped into extreme diets and twice-daily at-home workouts. Effective but brutal and unsustainable- I was thin but exhausted.
——SOPHOMORE YEAR— Mental health tanks and I feel like I’m drowning. I wanted control of SOMETHING I walked across the street and hired a trainer. Life was never the same.
——MAJOR SHIFT— Switched my major to Exercise Science and my life transformed. I was studying what I loved, feeling more confident in my own skin, and becoming strong enough to handle anything.
——FINDING MY PASSION— My love for philosophy and psychology blended perfectly with fitness and nutrition. It felt like I had discovered magic, and I wanted everyone to experience it.
——BECOMING A TRAINER— Got certified and started taking clients before I even graduated- determined to help give people what the magic had given me.
——EVERY END IS A NEW BEGINNING— Once graduated, I earned by ACSM Exercise Physiologist certification, allowing me to empower others with the medicine many people desperately need—movement and nourishment.
My approach
——MORE THAN A WORKOUT— It’s not just about the exercises. It’s about building habits, discipline, and showing yourself you’re worth the effort. Nourishing the mind, body, and soul.
——COACHING CONFIDENCE— Most trainers joke that half the job is being a ‘therapist’—getting into people’s heads. That’s true, but it’s also about getting them out of their heads. Listening to their needs, challenging the lies they tell themselves, and showing them just how capable they really are.
——FRAMEWORKS THAT TRANSFORM— For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people to take action, even when motivation runs dry. Creating roadmaps to think less, do more, and close the gap between who they want to be.
——THE TRUE GOAL— Empowering people with tools and systems they can actually implement, fostering lasting change, and changing their reality. Educating them to make informed choices that serve them both in and out of the gym.
Leadership & Beyond
-
To be impactful and to keep learning. I believe everyone is given a talent that they are obligated to share with the world. “To whom much is given, much is expected.” I have been blessed with the ability to motivate and educate people so that’s exactly what I'm going to do to the best of my ability.
-
Kindness >> niceness.
Honesty without tact is cruelty.
Most problems can be solved with a conversation.
If you don't like something, fix it. If you can't fix it, let it go.
The three purest forms of joy are singing, dancing, and laughing- and I am committed to doing all three as much as I can for as long as I can.
-
I love 2000’s emo music. Clearly it was not, in fact, a phase.
I will NOT watch scary movies, even though my favorite holiday is Halloween.
I have been known to cry at commercials.
I speak in analogies and am pretty much just an accumulation of my own catch-phrases.
I always have to have my nails done and have been getting the same set of over 5 years (acrylic pink and white ombre for my friends who want to try it)
——GROWING INTO LEADERSHIP— I took a deep dive to hone my own skill sets. I knew the same mental obstacles held people back—whether in fitness or in life. I developed a sharp eye for spotting these gaps and closing them. Those principles and techniques helped me build and lead a team I was incredibly proud of.
——THE WORK— Now, I’m committed to sharing those techniques with the world. To educate as many people as possible—leaders, organizations, individuals, and most importantly, you. It is my honor to give you the proven tools and skills to transform your mindset, body, and life.
